Now, we know why. The actress travelled all the way to the country for her bestie’s birthday and that too, just for a day.

On the work front, Alia has just wrapped up the second schedule of her upcoming film Badrinath Ki Dulhania in Rajasthan. The third stint of the film that features Varun Dhawan opposite her will be shot in Mumbai.
The actress will also be seen in Gauri Shinde’s, Dear Zindagi also starring Shah Rukh Khan. The actor plays her life coach. Their fresh pairing has already aroused immense curiosity among the fans. In addition to the above, Alia will star opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Ayan Mukerji’s, Dragon.
